What are the different types of sync?

There are four types of sync. Let’s take a look at each.

• Autosync - All data created or updated on your mobile device is automatically sent to the server. You don’t need to do anything as long as you are connected to the internet.
• Incremental Sync - Data (not already synced via autosync) is sent to the server and all new data is downloaded. You initiate this sync when it is convenient because you can’t use Vault CRM while the sync is running.
• Non-Blocking Sync/Refresh Mode - Very similar to incremental sync, except you don’t need to start it and it doesn’t stop you from using Vault CRM while it syncs. When it’s complete, you just need to apply the updates.
• Full Database Refresh - Syncs all server data and configurations with your mobile device. You should only use this option if you are instructed to by your admin or a support colleague.
