What is a Full Database Refresh?
You can think of a full database refresh as a clean start to your Vault CRM database. This is not something you will do very often, but you might be instructed to perform this action to resolve data inconsistencies. Your system admin can also initiate a Full Database Refresh from the home office, if needed.
To start a database refresh, navigate to Options, then select the Database tab. Select Full Database Refresh.
To prevent data loss, unsynced data is uploaded to the server first. You won’t be able to work in Vault CRM until it completes. This type of sync takes longer than an incremental sync since it involves re-downloading all of your data to your mobile device.

You can also perform a full database refresh for Nitro data, however, just like a regular Full Database Refresh, you should be instructed when to initiate it. |
