What is the Free Text Agent?

The Free Text Agent uses AI to analyze text in the Call Notes field, as the text is being written by your field users. The agent proactively flags potential compliance concerns in these fields before they’re saved, helping to reduce risk and ensure compliant documentation.

Other benefits of using the Free Text Agent include:

  • Protects Patient Data - Immediately flags Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) to protect patient privacy and data security. For example, if a field user accidentally enters, "Patient Sylvia Carter responded well…”., in a monitored field, the agent flags the field and prompts the field user to remove the text containing PHI before it’s saved.

  • Mitigates Off-Label Promotion - The agent is aware of your product indications and can prevent off-label discussions at the source. For example, a field user discusses the product Natevba for an unapproved indication, C81 Hodgkin's lymphoma. The agent understands this and flags the unapproved discussion.

  • Ensures Safety Vigilance - Identifies mentions of adverse events, serious adverse events, or product quality complaints to ensure they’re reported via proper safety channels. For example, if a field user’s note includes, “HCP mentioned a patient experiencing severe nausea after taking Natevba,” the agent flags this and prompts the user to report the event.
