What is the Voice Agent?

The Voice Agent provides your field users with an AI-powered way to create records using voice-to-text. Using the Voice Agent, your team can simply describe their interactions with HCPs verbally. The Voice Agent captures their description in a Voice Note and then intelligently fills out a new record—for example, a call report or Medical Insight—with the details they provided. This eliminates time-consuming manual data entry, streamlines field users’ workflows and helps maximize their productivity.

Other benefits of using the Voice Agent include:

  • Logging Details While They’re Fresh - Field users are often busiest right after a meeting. The Voice Agent lets them dictate important information and create a record while on the go. This means details are captured immediately after a meeting, not hours later when nuances and insights may be forgotten.

  • Capturing Detailed Data - Dictating is often faster and more natural than typing on a mobile device. This lets users capture detailed thoughts and qualitative insights while they’re still fresh.

  • Automates Manual Entry - The Voice Agent doesn’t just transcribe, it’s intelligent enough to understand the context and to populate key fields. For example, when creating a Call Report, the Voice Agent populates key information like Account, Call Channel, Product Details, and Follow-up Activities.

When both the Voice Agent and Text Monitoring Agent are enabled, the full content of the Call Voice Note is added to the Call Notes field to ensure a thorough, detailed call report.
