What is the Voice Agent?

Using the Voice Agent, your team can simply describe their interactions with HCPs verbally. The Voice Agent captures their description in a Voice Note and then intelligently fills out a new Call record with the details they provided, enabling them to capture key details. This eliminates time-consuming manual data entry, streamlines field users’ workflows and helps maximize their productivity.
