How do I provide Prescribing Information and compliance context for Agentic Text Monitoring?

Beyond vocabulary tuning, admins provide Prescribing Information (PI) and optionally, compliance documents. This enables Agentic Text Monitoring to execute accurate, automated compliance verification on free-text fields within the Agentic Call Report.

Amy uploads machine-readable PDFs of the PI for every active product assigned to Agentic Call Report users. To minimize false positives and ensure field users can capture rich details without friction, she keeps compliance documents to a minimum.

Best practice: Test Agentic Text Monitoring without optional compliance documents first, then introduce them as needed for specialized or high-risk regulatory areas. For a full list of best practices, see Best Practices for Agentic Call Report on the Vault CRM Online Help.

To upload Prescribing Information reference documents, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Business Admin > Objects > Reference Document.

  2. Select Create.

  3. Choose the Prescribing Information object type option from the menu.

  4. Populate the Product field with the appropriate brand name, ensuring this value matches an active product assignment where the company product checkbox is selected.

  5. Set the Reference Document Status field to Approved.

  6. Select Save to establish the record.

  7. Navigate to the Attachments section on the new record.

  8. Upload a single machine-readable PDF file.

  9. Initialize a Vector Database refresh so the text content is available for Vault CRM's AI agents.

When company-specific or brand-specific enforcement rules are necessary, she uses these steps to upload Compliance documents:

  1. Upload or create a document using supported Vault methods, choosing the compliance document type when prompted.

  2. Select the Standard document lifecycle option.

  3. Apply the document to specific contexts by populating the optional Country or Product fields, ensuring any language referencing user roles, countries, or brands uses the exact same natural language wording as the labels in the Vault CRM data model. If the corresponding field is not populated, the document applies across all countries and/or products.

  4. Advance the document lifecycle status to Approved.

  5. Initialize a Vector Database refresh so the text content is available for Vault CRM's AI agents.

For global deployments, Amy Admin uploads these reference files in the local language and verifies that individual user locales are set correctly so that all generated alerts, buttons, and system messages display in the language of the field user.
