How do I tell the agent what to look for?
Amy is a Compliance Administrator responsible for ensuring that all field interactions regarding Natevba are within regulatory guidelines. To get started, she needs to give the Text Monitoring for Home Office Agent clear instructions.
To do so, Amy creates a new Agent Rule record in Vault CRM. In this case, she creates a new record specifically for Off-Label Discussions.
On this record, Amy first specifies the name, then writes clear instructions for the agent, explaining that it should flag any instance where a field user suggests using Natevba for a condition not currently approved.
To help guide the agent, Amy adds Acceptable Examples (for example, "Discussed use of Natevba for Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma with Dr. Ackerman") and Unacceptable Examples (for example, "Told Dr. Ackerman that Natevba is a great option for pediatric leukemia"). In Applicable Fields, she specifies the object and field combinations to be monitored.
Optionally, she can choose to apply the rule to specific countries or user types. If left blank, it applies to all. Display Order is also optional, and can be used to control the order in which rules are evaluated.
Once Amy ensure the rule status is Active and saves the record, the agent is ready to start its watch.
