How do guidelines work?
Before a user even begins typing, the Insight Quality Agent provides a roadmap for success via the Guidelines Tab. This side panel acts as a reference for what the organization deems a successful observation.
Typical guidelines include:
- Identification — Clearly stating the source or persona behind the insight
- Observation — The core finding or statement
- Rationale — The "Why" behind the observation
- Business Relevance — How this information impacts the current product strategy or medical plan
- Observation Context — Where the observation was gathered
- Writing Style — Guidelines for clarity and specificity
These guidelines ensure that the insight moves beyond a simple "he said/she said" and instead becomes a strategic data point.
