You've just finished a meeting with an HCP to discuss a product in your portfolio. The HCP was particularly interested in recent clinical outcomes data and mentioned she has several patients who might benefit from switching to the product. She asked you to send her the dosing protocol.
Use the Voice Agent to create a call report for this interaction.
-
Activate Siri and say, "Create a call in Vault CRM" — or long-press the AI button and select Dictate Call.
-
Dictate your Voice Note. For the purposes of this exercise, your dictation should include at minimum:
-
The HCP's name
-
Date or time (can be a relative time, for example, this morning)
-
The call channel (for example, in-person, phone)
-
The product(s) you discussed and the therapeutic area, if applicable
-
A follow-up task with a due date and assignee
-
Select Create Call.
-
Review the auto-populated call report. Based on what you dictated, confirm the following fields:
-
Account — Your HCP's name
-
Datetime — Date and time specified, or the date and time of the Voice Note recording
-
Call Channel — The meeting type you described (for example, In-Person)
-
Call Location — The location you mentioned, or the account's primary address if you didn't specify one
-
Detail Products — The product(s) you discussed
-
Follow-Up Task — Your stated follow-up, with the correct due date and assignee
-
Add any additional information, then select Save.
Example: "I met with Dr. Elizabeth Miller at Newton Memorial Hospital this morning. It was an in-person meeting. We discussed Natevba. She was very interested in the Stage 3 outcomes data and has several patients who may benefit from switching. I need to follow up and email the dosing protocol to her by next Tuesday."
