Which templates are available?

This Flightpath covers everything you need to understand and get started with X-Pages Studio’s Template Library.

• Product Areas - The template’s supported business area

• Page Type - The possible entry points where the template can be deployed

Product Areas

Every X-Pages Studio template belongs to a Product Area which indicates the business area the template was designed to support, for example, Account Management, MCCP, or Service Center. Think of Product Areas as your first filter when browsing the Template Library to narrow the results to templates relevant to your needs.

Page Types

Each template is built for a specific Page Type which indicates where the resulting X-Pages can be deployed. Page Types include Account, Territory, Call, and others.

When browsing the Template Library, filtering by Page Type is a fast way to display templates relevant to where in Vault CRM it can be displayed. For example, an Account Page Type template can’t be deployed as a Territory page.
