What information does the Commercial HCP page template display?
The Commercial HCP page template creates a page that helps users view account-level data for HCPs, including calls, email activity, and CLM presentation details. Take a look at the slides below to see where each section of the page template is located, and a brief description of the information displayed there. Account Overview
Displays important fields for the Account
Time Period
Indicates that the data displayed in the other sections is limited to the last 90 days
Activity Overview
Displays the number of Calls and Calls with CLM recorded for the current Account, number of Sent Emails, and count of opens and clicks
Channel Trends
Displays the number of Calls and Emails based on the Call Channel and Sent Email objects for the previous 90 days for the current account
Activity by Product
Displays the user’s MySetup products and number of related Calls and emails submitted for the current account
Recent Calls
Displays calls from the previous 90 days for the current account
Top CLM Presentations
Displays CLM presentations shown to the current account during calls for the previous 90 days, the most recent call date, and the number of calls
Top Email Templates
Displays email templates sent to the current account for the previous 90 days, the open count, click count, and number of emails
