What are Medical Interactions?

Medical Interactions is a purpose-built feature for Medical Affairs professionals. It is designed to help medical users document non-promotional, scientific exchanges with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). This is fundamentally different from a commercial engagement where field users create a call report to log interactions with HCPs.
