Challenge - Creating a Public, Call Objective Suggestion

Verteo Biopharma is expanding Natevba to treat Parkinson’s disease. Both the Speciality and Primary Care field teams are detailing this product to overlapping accounts. Andy Admin needs to ensure that once an account is detailed, other field users don’t duplicate the effort and cause message fatigue.

To accomplish this, Andy needs to create a Suggestion with the following requirements:

  • Suggestion Type - Call Objective

  • Account - Dr. Ackerman

  • Call Objective CLM ID - Natevba CLM Presentation 123

  • Priority - Normal

  • Reason - Natevba is expanding into your territory. Detail Natevba and discuss Parkinson’s disease treatment.

  • Title - Natevba Expansion

  1. Select Create from the Suggestions menu.

  2. Ensure the Call Objective type, select Continue.

  3. Populate the Account field.

  4. Populate the Call Objective CLM ID field.

  5. Enable the Dismiss checkbox.

  6. Select the Normal Priority option.

  7. Populate the Reason field.

  8. Populate the Title field.

  9. Select Save.
