A Suggestion Survey is a feedback mechanism used to collect data from field users when they dismiss a specific Suggestion.

While Suggestions offers a standard way of capturing feedback via Yes/No questions prompted when dismissing Suggestions, if enabled, Suggestion Surveys can help gather Suggestion-specific information for more relevant future Suggestions. They can be used to collect contextual information specific to the Suggestion, for example, do they have the proper equipment/training, or learning that a specific HCP prefers digital contact only.
