Patient CRM enables users to manage patient data and track the patient’s progress in product-specific treatment programs.
Patient CRM is built around the Patient Journey, a configurable feature that tracks a patient from initial intake, through their treatment process, and to the completion of their treatment. It provides a consolidated view of the patient, enabling coordination between stakeholders and optimizing therapeutic outcomes while protecting sensitive patient information and complying with HIPAA regulations.
Once the Patient Journey is configured by a Business Admin, Patient CRM users can process patient intake forms, create patient records, and manage the patient’s progression through each Business Admin-defined step. This structure allows for a standardized experience, ensuring Patient Journeys are run in a controlled, consistent manner.
