What is Account Profiling?

Account profiling is like a smart spreadsheet your field users use to easily gather, organize, and update important Account Details.

Account Profiling is often used to update Account Detail information that changes over time, for example, a Health Care Provider’s (HCP) product awareness or segmentation in Account Details. More static information, for example, an HCP’s specialty and location data, is still presented to field users, but is typically not editable and instead serves as reference data for the field user.
