How do I invite attendees to an event?

Event attendees are a critical part of Events Management. Using Vault CRM, event organizers can quickly and easily invite person accounts, business accounts, and other Vault CRM users as attendees for a planned event, invite participants outside their assigned territories to increase engagement while navigating security constraints, search and filter for specific attendees to invite, and invite multiple attendees at once.

Once the invitations are sent, it’s time for the potential attendees to register. Attendees can register themselves using unique links or QR codes generated by the system and shared using Approved Email. Event organizers can also reconcile walk-in attendees and potential attendees who received a forwarded invite to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal business rules.
